All payments made towards visa processing, consultation, documentation, travel assistance, insurance, or related services are subject to the following refund terms.
Visa fees, embassy fees, processing charges, appointment fees, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once the application process has been initiated.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where :
Payment was made incorrectly or duplicated
Service was not initiated from our side
Refund eligibility is confirmed by Travleo management
Travleo does not guarantee visa approval. Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
No refund shall be provided for :
Visa rejection
Delays from embassies or third parties
Change of travel plans by customer
Incomplete or incorrect documents submitted by customer
Eligible refunds, if approved, may take 7–14 working days to process.
